This is a great place to buy a used car. They provide excellent customer service and fair prices. I have no idea what this guy Bobby Jackson's (AKA "Two High" AKA "Bobby Beats") problem is. Obviously the same person posting multiple negative reviews. Don't listen to this guy. I would highly recommend visting Car Nation if you're in the market for a used car in Hot Springs.

Scum bags. Absolutely terrible place to do business with. We have had nothing but problems with the car, and all they do is reset the error codes. They do NOT fix problems with THEIR cars. Everyone there must have dropped out of school and decided to own a used car lot. I should have never stepped foot on the property. And the first impression of the "lot" should have told me everything i needed to know. Well i guess we live and learn. I have learned never to do business here. And neither should you.

I purchased a van from them not 4 years ago that required work .. no problem I had cash in hand and used that to get a better deal .. but not 3 months ago was looking for a newer car and went back and this time look in to finance. . The whole tone changed and basically avoided me and my questions to the point I walked away .. not good services from one aspect to another
